Our Specialty

Counseling Services

Individual counseling provides a supportive, confidential space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create meaningful change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next steps, therapy can help you explore your experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional well-being.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief, perfectionism, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. Together, we will identify your goals and create a personalized approach that supports healing, growth, and lasting change.

Individual Counseling

Relationships require care, communication, and understanding, but even strong relationships can experience seasons of conflict, disconnection, or uncertainty. Couples counseling provides a supportive space for partners to better understand each other, improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection.

I work with couples navigating challenges such as communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, infidelity recovery, life transitions, and changes within the relationship. Using evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, we will work together to identify patterns, develop healthier ways of connecting, and create a stronger foundation for your relationship.

Couples Counseling

Anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming, exhausting, or difficult to navigate. Whether you are experiencing constant worry, racing thoughts, irritability, panic, perfectionism, stress, or feeling like you are always “on,” therapy can help you better understand what is happening and develop tools to feel more grounded and in control.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. Through a compassionate, individualized approach, we will explore the patterns contributing to anxiety, build effective coping strategies, and help you develop greater confidence, resilience, and emotional balance.

Anxiety Counseling

Depression can affect more than just your mood—it can impact your energy, relationships, motivation, self-worth, and ability to enjoy the things that once mattered to you. Whether you are experiencing sadness, numbness, hopelessness, loss of interest, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others, therapy can provide support and a path forward.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, burnout, and emotional struggles. Together, we will explore the experiences and patterns contributing to what you are feeling while developing practical tools to improve coping, increase self-understanding, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and hope.

Counseling for High-Stress Professionals: First Responders, Military Members & Healthcare Workers

Those who dedicate their lives to serving others often carry experiences, responsibilities, and stressors that can be difficult to process. First responders, military members, and healthcare professionals may face repeated exposure to trauma, high-pressure situations, compassion fatigue, burnout, and challenges that impact their mental health and relationships.

Drawing from my own background as a former EMT and emergency room staff member, I understand the unique demands of helping professions and the importance of having a space to process experiences that can be difficult to carry alone. You may be the person others turn to during moments of crisis, but therapy can provide a place to explore your own stress, trauma, relationships, and emotional well-being while honoring the strength and resilience that have carried you through.

Together, we can work toward healing from difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthier ways to cope while continuing to do the work you value.

Trauma Therapy and PTSD Recovery

Trauma can impact the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whether you have experienced a single traumatic event, ongoing stress, complex trauma, childhood experiences, religious trauma, or the cumulative impact of difficult life experiences, the effects can show up in many ways—including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, difficulty trusting, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Healing from trauma does not mean forgetting what happened. It means developing a greater sense of safety, understanding, and connection with yourself. Using trauma-informed approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients process painful experiences, reduce distress, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
