I offer several options to help make therapy accessible, including insurance, private pay, and out-of-network benefits. I understand that finding a therapist who is the right fit can be challenging, and waitlists are often long. My goal is to help you begin receiving support as soon as possible while also working to make care as affordable and accessible as I can.
I am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with several major insurance providers. While this process is underway, I am offering temporarily reduced self-pay rates for clients whose insurance credentialing is pending. I do not want delays in the insurance process to prevent you from getting the support you need. Once credentialing is finalized, eligible clients will be able to transition to using their insurance benefits.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits
Many people do not realize that their insurance plan may include out-of-network mental health benefits. Even if I am not currently in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs. Some insurance plans may reimburse up to 80% of out-of-network therapy costs, depending on your specific benefits, deductible, and plan requirements. I am happy to assist you in exploring what your plan may cover, but I do encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider as well.
